四川省委书记谢世杰同志最近在省委召开的部份市、地委书记会议上讲:“四川省人大制定的农民负担管理条例和国务院规定,在定项上我省多三项,但是总的限额是一致的。我的意见,在省人大未作出修改前,各地还是按省人大颁布的条例办。以后待省人大修改后再说。作为政府对人大的法规还是要执行的。”
