探讨了气化模铸造涂料层强度及其抗变形能力的测试方法。研究了涂料层中不同耐火粉料及粘结剂等因素对涂层强度的影响。测试涂挂不同涂料的模样在变载荷下的挠度值。结果表明,采用 PVA 有机粘结剂的涂料常温强度高于硅溶胶无机粘结剂涂料的常温强度。适当增大涂层厚度有助于模样抗变形能力。
The test method of strength and anti-deformability of gas-filled cast coating was discussed. The effects of different refractory powders and binders on the strength of coatings were studied. Test coated with different coatings look like the deflection under variable load. The results show that the strength of the coating with PVA organic binder is higher than the room temperature strength of silica sol inorganic binder coating. Appropriate to increase the thickness of the coating helps to shape the deformation resistance.
