谷氨酸门控氯离子通道受体目前仅发现存在于无脊椎动物的神经系统中,是理想的杀虫剂标靶之一。阿维菌素因其高效、低毒、高选择性的特点是目前全球使用范围最广的生物杀虫剂。为研究阿维菌素类杀虫剂的作用机理,开发更高效的阿维菌素类杀虫剂,以秀丽隐杆线虫的谷氨酸门控氯离子通道为模板,同源模建了二斑叶螨氯离子通道并与埃玛菌素、伊维菌素和阿维菌素进行分子对接,发现埃玛菌素与二斑叶螨氯离子通道对接结果明显优于伊维菌素和阿维菌素。
