目的:研究丹皮酚对鹌鹑实验性动脉粥样硬化的抑制作用。方法:观察丹皮酚灌胃给药(600,300mg·kg-1)后在鹌鹑实验性动脉粥样硬化形成中调节血脂、改善血液流变学、减轻主动脉脂质斑块形成的作用。结果:口饲丹皮酚可明显降低实验动物血清TC,TG,LDL,vLDL,apoB100含量,提高HDL含量及HDL/TC,HDL2/HDL3,apoA1/apoB100比值;不同程度地降低低切变率下全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、纤维蛋白原比粘度、红细胞聚集性。显著减少主动脉壁及肝脏TC含量,缩小斑块面积,抑制主动脉脂质斑块形成。结论:口饲丹皮酚具有抗鹌鹑实验性动脉粥样硬化作用
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of paeonol on experimental atherosclerosis in quails. Methods: To observe the effects of paeonol administration (600,300 mg·kg-1) on the regulation of blood lipids, improvement of hemorheology and reduction of atherosclerotic plaque formation in experimental atherosclerosis. Results: Oral administration of paeonol significantly reduced the levels of serum TC, TG, LDL, vLDL and apoB100, increased the content of HDL and the ratios of HDL/TC, HDL2/HDL3, and apoA1/apoB100 in experimental animals; and reduced the rate of low shear to varying degrees. Whole blood specific viscosity, plasma specific viscosity, fibrinogen specific viscosity, red blood cell aggregation. Significantly reduce the aortic wall and liver TC content, reduce the plaque area, inhibit aortic lipid plaque formation. Conclusion: Oral paeonol has antiatherogenic effect on experimental atherosclerosis
