本设计以液粘调速装置为基础,配以可编程控制器进行控制,利用高级单元数字化给定代替传统的机械式给定.按给定速度图,采用PID高级单元、构成转速、电流PI调节器,实现双闭环调速控制,通过井下、井上的控制信号,实现矿井交流提升机全自动调速控制和手动检修控制。文中详细介绍了所选PLC机的特点、各高级单元的使用及设定,给出了矿井提升工作流程图、程序设计流程图及设计程序。
The design is based on the liquid viscosity speed control device, with programmable controller for control, the use of advanced digital unit given instead of the traditional mechanical given.According to the given speed map, the use of PID advanced unit, constitute the speed, current PI Regulator to achieve dual closed-loop speed control, through the underground, uphole control signals to achieve mine AC hoist automatic speed control and manual maintenance control. In this paper, the characteristics of the selected PLC, the use and setting of each advanced unit are introduced in detail, and the working flow chart, program flow chart and design procedure of the mine are given.
