1952年我从学校毕业后,就一直在陈国舍小学工作。这个学校是解放后才办起来的單班初小,有四个学级,四十多个学生。开始工作后,工作上有很多困难。如不会組織課堂教学,和四年級講課,二年級就吵起来了。我虽然做了輔导員,可是对队的知識一点也不懂,連打紅領巾也是孩子教我的。由于領导上对我进行了多方面的关怀和培养,使我在困难面前沒有失掉勇气。通过四年来的工作,儿童的知識質量和道德品質都有了一些进步,少先队的活动也初步开展起来了。現在把我搞少先队工作的情况写在下面:
