违宪审查制度不仅仅关系到一个国家宪法权威的维护和对公民权利的有效保护,还直接影响一个国家的宪政状况,决定着一个国家的宪政过程,因而,违宪审查制度在一个国家的民主与法治建设过程中有着不可替代的地位和作用。如何构建出符合我国国情的违宪审查制度,决不是一蹴而就的事情,这需要一个循序渐进的过程,我们应该分三步走来建立我国的违宪审查制度。
