为了提高产品拆卸顺序规划效率,分析装配体零件间的配合特征,提出将图论中的度引入产品拆卸顺序规划中,研究干涉矩阵与干涉图之间的关系,明确了装配连接图的邻接矩阵表达方式,推演了子装配体判别准则,给出了子装配体识别算法流程,实现了在拆卸过程中迅速确定基准件和子装配体的目的。实例分析表明,采用该方法降低了拆卸顺序分析的复杂度。
