目的:观察乌梅黄连复方对人结肠癌细胞株(Lovo细胞和HT29细胞)增殖的抑制作用。方法:体外培养结肠癌细胞株Lovo和HT29细胞,采用不同浓度的乌梅黄连复方(0、0.625、1.25、2.5、5、10、20 mg/mL)对其进行干预,通过细胞形态学和MTT法检测乌梅黄连复方对人结肠癌(Lovo和HT29)细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果:乌梅黄连复方对人结肠癌细胞株Lovo和HT29均具有细胞毒作用,药物对Lovo细胞和HT29细胞生长抑制作用的IC_(50)分别为(7.74±0.13)mg/mL和(4.55±0.25)mg/mL。结论:乌梅黄连复方对体外培养的结肠癌细胞株的增殖有明显抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of Wumei Huanglian Compound on the proliferation of human colon cancer cell lines (Lovo cells and HT29 cells).
