在定义服装产品顾客价值的基础上,分析了其主要构成和特点,确定了服装产品的顾客价值及功能;并对服装产品顾客价值及功能的影响因素进行了分析和研究,针对性地提出了服装产品顾客价值功能的有效提升途径。
