(一)基本情况: 我厂微型轴承孔径测量历来采用塞规。由于生产的发展与质量要求尚不能满足需要,在中原量仪厂的协作下,试验成功了气动测量仪,改变了原来测量手段,提高了测量精度,减轻劳动强度,节约了测量工具的制造以及解决了过去塞规不能测量的几何形状(如椭圆度、锥度、鼓形等)的测量,为我厂测量工具创制了一条新道路,目前正在全面推广。
