在知识经济时代,人力资源是经济社会发展的重要而且稀缺的资源这一理念已经得到普遍认同,人力资源管理正在由传统的人事管理转变为战略人力资源管理。本文论述了企业人力资源管理的重要意义,及现阶段我国企业人力资源管理中的误区。指出实现人力资源管理科学化的措施,提出了实现科学管理应具备的条件和对策,并结合人力资源管理工作的内容和企业竞争优势的含义,剖析了人力资源管理与企业竞争优势的关系。
In the era of knowledge economy, the concept that human resources are important and scarce resources for economic and social development has been generally accepted. Human resource management is being transformed from traditional personnel management into strategic human resource management. This article discusses the importance of human resources management in enterprises and the misunderstandings in the human resources management of enterprises in our country at this stage. Points out the measures to realize the scientific management of human resources, puts forward the conditions and countermeasures that scientific management should have, and analyzes the relationship between human resource management and the competitive advantage of enterprises by combining the content of human resource management and the meaning of enterprise competitive advantage.
