以“红牡丹”、“富哥尔一号”2个杜鹃品种为试材,研究了不同剂量的60Co-γ射线对2个杜鹃品种成熟植株的芽成活率、新梢长度、新叶长宽、开花和花特性的影响。结果表明:在25~65Gy剂量范围内,供试植株芽成活率、新梢长度、新叶长宽等均随剂量的加大而下降,花期推迟,花量减少,但花的变异度增加,表现出花色和花瓣形态的多样性;表明2个品种的杜鹃耐辐照能力稍有差异。
Using two varieties of Rhododendron, “Red Peony” and “Fuer Er I”, as test materials, the shoot survival rate, shoot length, seedling growth and seedling growth of two Rhododendron cultivars under different dosages of 60Co- New leaf length and width, flowering and flower characteristics. The results showed that the shoot survival rate, shoot length, new leaf length and width decreased with the increase of the dosage in the range of 25-65Gy, but the flowering was delayed and the flowering rate was reduced.
