对冷轧镀锌带材塌卷问题进行了研究,结合现场塌卷数据统计,提出塌卷产生的力学机理。建立了不同卷取工艺参数下钢卷力能参数分布规律,分析了钢卷卸卷前后层间径向及切向应力变化,根据不同硬芯工艺参数下塌卷极限应力仿真结果,制定了不同厚度带材卷取张力最优值,包括卷取张力硬芯倍数及硬芯卷径,镀锌卷塌卷问题得到有效改善。
The problem of collapsing of cold-rolled galvanized strip was studied. Based on the statistical data of collapse in the field, the mechanical mechanism of collapsing was proposed. The law of the distribution of the steel bar energy parameters under different coiling parameters was established. The radial and tangential stress changes of the steel layer before and after unwinding were analyzed. According to the simulation results of the ultimate strength of collapse under different hard core parameters, The optimal values of the thickness of the strip take-up tension, including the take-up tension of the hard core times and the hard core diameter, galvanized roll collapse problem is effectively improved.
