当前,我国高校的班风总体上呈现出良好的发展势头,但也存在学习积极性不高、班级凝聚力不强等问题。学生党支部作为高校的基层党组织,与学生的接触最多、最直接、最深入,是班风建设的最有力组织和最有效载体。因此,教师应在班风建设中发挥主导作用,从加强学生党支部自身建设、确定优良班风、选拔优秀学生干部、完善教育管理体制、开展相关实践活动等途径入手,不断提高班风建设的科学性和实效性。
