谷维素是从米糠油中提炼出的,以三萜醇、甾醇为主体。过去多用于治疗周期性的精神病、植物神经功能紊乱等。笔者最近偶然发现大剂量谷维素有治疗心律失常的作用,随临床观察35例,发现疗效颇佳,特报告如下: 一、诊断方法 常规心电图,部分病人作动态心电图描记,均有频繁早搏(其他类型的心律失常亦都经心电图证实)。 二、病例的选择 35例中,住院患者28例,门诊患者7例,除急性心肌梗塞充分发展期以外,不管什么病因引起的心律失常均在观察之列。心律失常病程12小时～4年。首次发病者8例,经服用抗心律失常药物(如异搏停、心律平、奎尼丁、胺碘酮,慢心律等)效果不好或转复后又复发者21例,经服用2种以上抗心律失常药无效3例,窦缓合并期前收缩者6例。所有病例治疗前均观察1～2天,要求心律失常持续存在。期前收缩计数时间≥3分钟,平均每分钟均应多于5次。对未控制的严重心力衰竭,心脏极度扩大或Ⅱ°—Ⅲ°AVB者均未选入。
