碱性条件下,5-磺基水杨酸对Luminol-H2O2-纳米银化学发光体系有较强的增敏作用,据此,结合流动注射技术,建立了测定5-磺基水杨酸的新方法。在最佳实验条件下,5-磺基水杨酸浓度在1.5×10-8~2.0×10-6mol/L范围内与相对发光强度呈线性关系,检出限(3σ)为1.0×10-9mol/L。对4.0×10-7mol/L的5-磺基水杨酸平行测定9次,相对标准偏差为2.7%。该法用于强力霉素废水中5-磺基水杨酸的测定,结果令人满意。
Under alkaline conditions, 5-sulfosalicylic acid has a strong sensitizing effect on Luminol-H2O2-nanosilver chemiluminescence system. Based on this, a new method for the determination of 5-sulfosalicylic acid method. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the concentration of 5-sulfosalicylic acid was linear with the relative luminescence intensity in the range of 1.5 × 10-8 ~ 2.0 × 10-6mol / L with the detection limit (3σ) of 1.0 × 10- 9mol / L. On 4.0 × 10-7mol / L 5-sulfosalicylic acid parallel determination of 9 times, the relative standard deviation of 2.7%. The method was applied to the determination of 5-sulfosalicylic acid in doxycycline wastewater with satisfactory results.
