研究式教学是一种基于建构主义学习理论的新的教学理论,以教学双方为主体教学模式,是一个双向互动的过程,也被称为“发现教学”。本文结合研究式教学的实践,对采用研究式教学,提高军队人才培养质量的有关问题进行探讨。
Research-based teaching is a new teaching theory based on constructivist learning theory. It is a two-way interactive process that takes both teaching as the main teaching mode and is also called “discovery teaching ”. Combining with the practice of research-based teaching, this paper discusses the related problems of using research-based teaching and improving the quality of military personnel training.
