在今年的“两会”上,周强院长在最高人民法院工作报告中指出,2014年,最高人民法院围绕“努力让人民群众在每一个司法案件中感受到公平正义”的目标,坚持司法为民、公正司法工作主线,忠实履行宪法法律赋予的职责,各项工作取得新进展,其中就知识产权工作取得的进展提到了三个方面。对于知识产权工作者以及关注知识产权保护的人来说,这三个方面充分体现了我国法院对知识产权保护所作的努力以及知识产权保护在法院工作中的地位。

For the intellectual property workers and those who pay attention to the protection of intellectual property, these three aspects fully reflect the efforts made by our courts in the protection of intellectual property and the status of intellectual property protection in the work of the court.
