研究了柔性工装计算机数字控制(Computer numerical control,CNC)系统,该系统适于控制多种用于飞机零部件制造和装配的柔性工装设备。给出了柔性工装的机械结构分类,分析了柔性工装设备的控制需求。同时提出了一种CNC系统的硬件和软件架构,并予以实现。该系统利用配置参数描述柔性工装的机械结构。根据配置参数,CNC系统可以自动生成其控制功能和人机界面(Human machine interface,HMI)操作功能。将该CNC系统应用于某蒙皮-桁条装配柔性工装设备,结果证明了系统的有效性。
A flexible tooling computer numerical control (CNC) system was studied that is suitable for controlling a wide variety of flexible tooling equipment used in the manufacture and assembly of aircraft parts. The mechanical structure classification of flexible tooling is given, and the control requirements of flexible tooling equipment are analyzed. At the same time proposed a CNC system hardware and software architecture, and to be achieved. The system uses configuration parameters to describe the mechanical structure of a flexible tooling. Depending on the configuration parameters, the CNC system automatically generates its control functions and human machine interface (HMI) operating functions. The application of the CNC system to a skin-stringer flexible assembly equipment proved the effectiveness of the system.
