患者，女，21岁，因“发现心脏杂音伴口唇青紫二十年”入院，Doppler超声检查提示：先天性心脏病、法乐四联症。择期行右心导管＋右心造影术。常规准备，平卧、右股静脉穿刺送入F7右心导管到右心室，先注射少量造影剂，患者无不良反应，继而用高压注射器注射76％泛影葡胺35ml，
The patient, female, 21 years old, was admitted to hospital for “finding murmurs of heart murmur with bruising of the lips” for 20 years. Doppler sonography revealed congenital heart disease and tetralogy of Fallot. Elective right heart catheterization + right heart angiography. Routinely prepared, supine, right femoral vein puncture into the F7 right heart catheterization to the right ventricle, first injection of a small amount of contrast medium, the patient no adverse reactions, followed by high pressure syringe injection of 76% diatrizoate 35ml,
