应用数理统计学的有关内容对CCD输出信号中的随机噪声进行了相关分析。引入了“噪声等效调制度”这一概念 ,利用计算机模拟技术对摄像机成像时所产生的随机噪声进行了模拟与计算。通过计算机模拟 ,推导出了噪声等效调制度与CCD摄像机系统信噪比之间的关系。将信噪比对CCD摄像机成像质量的影响予以量化 ,并对摄像机的输出调制度阈值进行了分析与计算
Relevant contents of mathematical statistics are used to correlate the random noise in the CCD output signal. The concept of “noise equivalent modulation degree” is introduced, and the random noise generated when the camera is imaged is simulated and calculated by computer simulation technology. Through computer simulation, deduced the relationship between the equivalent modulation degree of noise and the SNR of CCD camera system. The influence of signal-noise ratio on the quality of CCD camera is quantified, and the output modulation threshold of the camera is analyzed and calculated
