目的对新疆胀果甘草(Glycyrrhiza inflata Bat)全草中甘草查尔酮A(Lico A)进行含量测定。方法用HPLC法对胀果甘草根、茎和叶中Lico A的含量进行测定。色谱柱:依利特Hypersil ODS2C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)配预柱;流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(60∶40∶1);流速:1.0mL·min~(-1);柱温:25℃;检测波长:372nm。结果 Lico A质量浓度在6.937 5~111μg·mL~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9);平均加样回收率99.6%,RSD=1.5%;按此法测得的Lico A含量在根中为0.468%,茎中为0.254%,而在叶中未检出。结论甘草查尔酮A在甘草中主要分布在根和茎中,茎也可作为获取Lico A的新资源。
Objective To determine the contents of licorice A (Lico A) in the whole plant of Glycyrrhiza inflata Bat. Methods The content of Lico A in root, stem and leaf of Glycyrrhiza inflata was determined by HPLC. Column: elite Hypersil ODS2C18 (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) with pre-column; mobile phase: methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (60:40:1); flow rate: 1.0mL · min -1; : 25 ° C; detection wavelength: 372 nm. Results The linear range of Lico A was 6.937 5 ~ 111μg · mL ~ (-1) (r = 0.999 9), the average recovery was 99.6% and RSD was 1.5%.
