研究了稀土Ce3+ 对草鱼受精卵孵化和鱼种生长的影响。Ce3+ 的最佳浓度范围为 2 4～ 4.8mg/L ,可提高孵化率 2 0 2 %～ 2 1 7%。铈对孵化的促进作用是通过受精卵对铈的吸收实现的。饲料中添加 3 2～ 12 8mg/kg的铈可提高草鱼鱼种生长率 9 5 6 %～ 13 86 %。
The effects of rare earth Ce3 + on hatching and species growth of grass carp fertilized eggs were studied. The optimum concentration range of Ce3 + is 2-4 ~ 4.8mg / L, which can increase the hatchability from 202% to 217%. The promoting effect of cerium on hatching is achieved through the absorption of cerium by fertilized eggs. The addition of 3 2 ~ 12 8mg / kg cerium to feed can increase the growth rate of grass carp fingerlings from 956% to 1386%.
