高层建筑需要做好防渗漏的措施,尤为重要的就是高层建筑屋面的防水和排水,加之高层建筑的屋顶常年受到风吹、日晒、雨淋和冰冻等自然现象的破坏,更容易导致高层建筑的屋面出现严重的渗漏问题,完善屋面施工技术,做好防渗漏措施,对于建筑的质量和使用寿命是非常重要的。现根究高层建筑屋面渗漏的现象,对高层建筑工程施工中的防渗漏措施做出研究与分析,希望能推动技术的发展和完善,保障建筑工程的质量及我国建筑行业的稳定发展。
