目的通过监测深圳市某街道辖区外来人口麻疹抗体水平,及时发现高危人群,为及时调整该辖区麻疹防制对策提供依据。方法将某街道外来人口分为8个年龄组,每组随机抽取不少于30人,共245人。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测麻疹IgG抗体。检测结果采用Excel数据库分析处理。结果共监测合格标本245份,麻疹抗体阳性率75.51%,抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)为1:514,有效保护率57.14%。其中,1~10岁麻疹IgG抗体GMT均>1:800,而10岁~抗体GMT均<1:800,20岁~抗体有效保护率为37.50%,GMT也降到了1:351。所有年龄组中,0~8月龄抗体阳性率最低,有效保护率为0,GMT是1:115。同时对20名20~40岁育龄妇女的麻疹抗体滴度进行分析,阳性率为75.00%,有效保护率为35.00%,GMT为1:336。结论外来流动人口中青年劳务工及育龄妇女是麻疹减毒活疫苗(MV)强化免疫的重点人群。
Objective To detect the level of measles antibody in immigrant population in a street area in Shenzhen and find the high risk population in time, so as to provide basis for timely adjusting the measles control measures in this area. Methods The population of a street in a street was divided into 8 age groups, each group randomly selected no less than 30, a total of 245 people. Measles IgG antibody was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Test results using Excel database analysis and processing. Results A total of 245 qualified samples were detected. The positive rate of measles antibody was 75.51%. The geometric mean antibody titer (GMT) was 1: 514. The effective protection rate was 57.14%. Among them, the GMTs of measles IgG antibodies between 1 and 10 years old were all 1: 800, while the GMTs of 10 years old antibody were all less than 1: 800. The effective protection rate of antibody was 37.50% at 20 years old and the GMT was also reduced to 1: 351. Among all age groups, the positive rates of antibodies from 0 to 8 months were the lowest, the effective protection rate was 0, and the GMT was 1: 115. Meanwhile, the titer of measles antibody in 20 women of childbearing age from 20 to 40 years was analyzed. The positive rate was 75.00%, the effective protection rate was 35.00% and the GMT was 1: 336. Conclusion The migrant workers and women of childbearing age who migrate from abroad are the key population of measles-immunization live attenuated vaccine (MV).
