翻译涉及到两种语言的转换,涉及到两种语言在表达同一内容时的各种表达方式。这些表达方式,有的是相似的,有的是有差别的。英语属于印欧语系,是拼音文字、从综合性向分析型语言发展的语言,而汉语属于汉藏语系,是表意文字、分析型为主的语言,所分属的语系不同导致了英汉两种语言的差别。翻译实践证明,英汉语言相同之处比较容易掌握,不同之处往往才是困难所在。下面本文将从汉英语言类型、汉英文化等两个方面对英汉两种语言差异进行对比分析。
