This article is based on the survey conducted by Wuhan University (including four campuses), the largest university in Central China, and its research on the spread of university campuses and its impact on college students. The survey was mainly based on the questionnaire method, supplemented by observation and detailed interviews, a total of 300 samples were obtained, of which 290 were valid samples. The results show that interpersonal communication has a greater impact on college students, but the scope of interpersonal communication is narrow; the role of organization communication in college is limited to college students; the media is the main channel for college students’ information sources, but in some aspects, there is more serious communication failure; Internet media has become more exposure to college students and most satisfied with the media. In the dissemination of content, the primary concern of contemporary college students is not the current affairs, but the topic of their vital interests.
