九气拈痛胶囊处方来源于《中华人民共和国药典》,方名即九气拈痛丸。功能为理气活血止痛,常用于多种痛症。为了探讨其作用机理,特从镇痛、抗炎等方面进行实验研究,现报告如下。1 实验材料 实验药物、动物、仪器均同前文。2 方法与结果2.1 九气拈痛胶囊对醋酸所致小鼠疼痛的影响 取体重18～22gNIH大白鼠60只,雌雄各半,随机分为模型,12％、36％、108％胶囊(生药量),24％原剂型(生药量)及7.8％三九胃泰(产品量)共6组,每组10只。每鼠分别按20ml/kg容量ig给予蒸馏水及上述各药,药后30min给每鼠腹腔注射0.6％冰醋酸0.1ml/10g,记录20min内扭体出现时间(潜伏期)及扭体次数,结果经成组t检验处理,结果见表1。表1 九气拈痛胶囊对醋酸所到小鼠疼痛
The prescription of Jiuqi Qutong Capsule is derived from the “Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China” and the name is Jiuqi Qutong Pill. The function is to qi, activating blood, and relieving pain. It is often used for many kinds of pain. In order to investigate its mechanism of action, experimental studies on pain relief, anti-inflammation, etc. were conducted. The report is as follows. 1 Experimental Materials The experimental drugs, animals, and instruments are the same as the previous article. 2 METHODS AND RESULTS 2.1 Effect of Jiuqiqitong Capsule on Acetic Acid-induced Mice’s Pain Sixty male rats weighing 18 to 22 g NIH were randomly divided into two groups: 12%, 36%, and 108% capsules. ), 24% of the original dosage form (raw dose) and 7.9% of Sanjiu Stomach (product quantity) in 6 groups, 10 in each group. Each rat was given distilled water at a volume of 20 ml/kg, and each of the above drugs was administered. Each mouse was intraperitoneally injected with 0.6% glacial acetic acid 0.1 ml/10 g 30 minutes after the injection to record the writhing appearance time (latency period) and writhing frequency within 20 minutes.
