在中学生物实验中某些实验经适当改进后,在不改变实验目的前提下,更便于实验员的准备和实验教学。下面就实验方法和材料处理的改进略举几例来说明。 实验材料处理的改进。如初中植物学实验四《观察菜豆种子和玉米种子的结构》,教材上要求用浸软的玉米种子作实验材料。这样处理的材料实验效果并不理想,较难染色。如果将玉米煮成半熟后再做实验,效果就明显得多。
