我矿是国家“八五”重点攻关项目“微山湖下采煤与研究”的定点单位,井下生产条件恶劣,工人劳动强度较大。在生产实践中我们发现,凡是打上山巷道的工作头面,为其眼务的局部扇风机往往容易烧坏,而且坡度越大烧坏率越高。经检查,除极少数属电气故障外,绝大多数属机械故障(轴承损坏)所致。
Mine is a designated unit of the State’s key research project “Weishan Lake under Coal Mining and Research” during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period. The conditions for production in the mine are harsh and the workers are labor-intensive. In production practice, we find that all the fan heads that work on mountain roadways tend to burn out easily for their eyes, and the higher the burn rate is, the higher the burn rate is. After examination, with the exception of a very small number of electrical faults, the vast majority of mechanical failure (bearing damage) due.
