目的:系统评估LncRNA表达与卵巢癌患者临床病理特征的关系及其在卵巢癌患者中的预后价值。方法:计算机检索Pub Med、EMBASE、Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)和万方数据库,检索时间为建库至2016年7月22日,纳入评估LncRNA表达水平与卵巢癌预后的研究,2名研究员进行文献筛选、数据提取和质量评价后,采用STATA 12.0进行统计分析。结果:共纳入13篇研究。Meta分析结果提示,卵巢癌中LncRNA表达水平与FIGO分期相关(P=0.000),与其余病理特征无关。与LncRNA低表达组比较,LncRNA高表达组患者的OS较短(HR=1.97,95%CI为1.69,2.31,P=0.000)。结论:LncRNA高表达提示卵巢癌患者的OS较短,是卵巢癌预后的一个危险因素。
OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate the relationship between LncRNA expression and clinicopathological features in patients with ovarian cancer and its prognostic value in patients with ovarian cancer. METHODS: Pub Med, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, CBM, CNKI and Wanfang databases were searched by computer. The search time was from the establishment of the library to July 22, 2016 and included in the assessment of LncRNA expression And ovarian cancer prognosis, two researchers conducted literature screening, data extraction and quality evaluation, using STATA 12.0 for statistical analysis. Results: A total of 13 studies were included. Meta-analysis suggested that LncRNA expression in ovarian cancer was correlated with FIGO stage (P = 0.000), but not with other pathological features. Compared with LncRNA low expression group, patients with LncRNA high expression group had shorter OS (HR = 1.97, 95% CI 1.69, 2.31, P = 0.000). Conclusion: The high expression of LncRNA suggests that OS in ovarian cancer patients is short and is a risk factor for the prognosis of ovarian cancer.
