旧建筑改造设计的积极的理念和社会意义是毋庸置疑的,其产生的巨大经济与社会效益也是我们有目共睹的。尽管实践中还缺乏系统理论的指导,很多问题亟待解决,但随着建筑设计总体水平的提高,面临的问题会逐一解决。同时要求建筑师要积极的利用旧建筑,真正地为当代社会经济文化需求服务,让旧建筑回归到人们的日常生活中。
The positive concept and social significance of the old building renovation design are beyond doubt. The enormous economic and social benefits they generate are also obvious to all. Although the practice is still lack of systematic theory guidance, many problems need to be solved, but with the overall level of architectural design, the problems faced will be solved one by one. At the same time, it requires architects to make active use of the old buildings and really serve the needs of contemporary social economy and culture so that the old buildings can be returned to people’s daily life.
