目的探讨耳部疾病多层螺旋CT(MSCT)的扫描技术。方法回顾性分析140例临床可疑耳部疾病患者的MSCT扫描资料,140例均采用小螺距重叠扫描、高分辨率骨算法扫描并薄层图像重组。结果明确诊断112例,其中耳廓畸形9例,外耳道闭锁8例,中耳炎68例,耳蜗或半规管发育异常19例,颞骨肿瘤3例,骨性内听道狭窄2例,岩骨骨折累计面神经管骨折3例。结论合理的CT扫描方法及图像重建方法能清楚显示外耳、中耳及内耳的解剖结构,有助于耳部疾病的诊断。
Objective To investigate the scanning technique of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) for ear diseases. Methods Retrospective analysis of 140 cases of clinical suspicious ear disease in patients with MSCT scan data, 140 cases were using small-pitch overlap scan, high-resolution bone scan and thin-layer image reconstruction. The results of a clear diagnosis of 112 cases, including auricular deformity in 9 cases, 8 cases of external auditory canal obstruction, 68 cases of otitis media, cochlear or semicircular canal dysplasia in 19 cases, 3 cases of temporal bone tumors, 2 cases of skeletal internal auditory canal stenosis, Fracture in 3 cases. Conclusion The reasonable CT scan method and image reconstruction method can clearly show the anatomy of the outer ear, middle ear and inner ear, which is helpful for the diagnosis of ear diseases.
