为建立葎草药材的质量标准,参照《中国药典》2010年版附录相关方法,对葎草药材的水分、灰分进行测定;以木犀草苷和大波斯菊苷为指标成分,采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。结果表明葎草的显微鉴别特征性强;薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好;葎草中含木犀草苷质量分数为0.015%~0.651%(平均值0.148%),含大波斯菊苷质量分数为0.003%~0.118%(平均值0.036%)。所建立的方法操作简便,准确可靠,重复性好,可用于葎草药材的质量控制。
In order to establish the quality standard of Chinese medicinal herb, the water and ash of medicinal herb were determined with reference to the relevant method of Appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition); and the content of luteolin and cosmosin were determined by thin layer chromatography Qualitative identification, using high performance liquid chromatography for content determination. The results showed that the microscopic identification of Grifola frondosa was characterized by strong, clear spots on TLC and good separation. The content of luteolin in Gypsophila was 0.015% -0.651% (average 0.148%), and the content of Cosmosin The scores ranged from 0.003% to 0.118% (mean, 0.036%). The established method is simple, accurate and reliable, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Potamogeton crispus.
