历时五年完成的印度道路使用者费用的研究,是在吸取肯尼亚、巴西研究经验的基础上结合印度条件进行的研究工作,世界银行投了资。这项研究早就为国内公路工程经济研究人员所重视,印度与我国同属发展中国家,两国在很多方面有共同之处,借鉴印度的这项科研的方法和成果,对加快建立我国的公路数据库,深入研究占运输总成本90%的道路使用者费用很有意义。为此,特发表此文供有关人员参考。
The study of Indian road users’ fees, which was completed in five years, was conducted on the basis of the research experience of Kenya and Brazil based on the conditions of India and was invested by the World Bank. This research has long been valued by domestic highway engineering economists. India and China are both developing countries. The two countries have many things in common.
