以活化处理的XC-72炭黑作为载体,利用化学还原法制备不同Ag-Co比例Ag-Co/C催化剂。通过XRD、扫面电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)测试对Ag-Co/C催化剂的结构和形貌进行分析,并在酸性介质中测试Ag-Co/C的循环伏安和线性扫描曲线。结果表明:FCC结构的Ag-Co颗粒均匀分散在炭黑载体表面,Ag3Co/C具有最高的电化学活性及氧气还原催化活性,它的颗粒尺寸约为30~40nm。对Ag3Co/C热处理的探索研究发现,热处理有助于提高电化学性能。
Activated-treated XC-72 carbon black was used as a carrier to prepare Ag-Co / C catalysts with different Ag-Co ratios by chemical reduction. The structure and morphology of the Ag-Co / C catalyst were analyzed by XRD, SEM and TEM. Cyclic voltammetry and linear sweep curves of Ag-Co / C were tested in acid medium . The results show that Ag-Co particles with FCC structure are uniformly dispersed on the surface of carbon black carrier. Ag3Co / C has the highest electrochemical activity and oxygen reduction catalytic activity. Its particle size is about 30-40 nm. The research on the heat treatment of Ag3Co / C has found that heat treatment can improve the electrochemical performance.
