31例患儿 ,男 13例 ,女 18例 ;年龄 2个月～ 12岁。血管瘤分别位于头、面、手及足等处 ,经青霉素皮试阴性后 ,以 1KE沙培林溶解在 5 ml～ 10 ml生理盐水中 ,多点注射沙培林于瘤体内。 8例注射 1次 ,2 0例注射 2次 ,3例注射 3次。结果 :按Tanigawa标准判定疗效。显效 2 2例 ,有效 9例 ,随诊 2年～ 3年 ,无 1例复发。
31 cases of children, 13 males and 18 females; aged 2 months to 12 years old. Hemangiomas were located in the head, face, hands and feet and other places, negative by penicillin skin test to 1KE Sapirin dissolved in 5 ml ~ 10 ml of saline, multi-point injection of saporin in the tumor. 8 injections 1, 20 injections 2, and 3 injections 3. Results: According to Tanigawa criteria to determine the efficacy. There were 22 cases markedly effective and 9 cases effective. The patients were followed up for 2 years to 3 years without any recurrence.
