文中对一体式推床滚轮总成的结构进行了分析,以滚轮总成的结构出发分析了滚轮总成的设计,充分考虑了结构设计的可靠性、对实际工况的适应性,以及现场可维护性。重点分析了结构设计的可靠性,通过有限元数值分析方法,计算了滚轮总成主要受力部件在最恶劣工况下的应力状态,得出了主要受力部件结构强度完全满足最恶劣工况下力学要求的结论。
In this paper, the structure of integrated push bed roller assembly is analyzed. The roller assembly design is analyzed based on the structure of the roller assembly. The stress state of the main force components of the wheel assembly in the worst condition is calculated by the finite element numerical analysis method.
