破茬装置是茬地免耕播种机的关键工作部件,直接影响着播种机的播种质量,本文在目前国内所使用的破茬装置的基础上,设计出一种新型的破茬开沟犁刀。为研究其强度特性,减少工作时的故障,应用SolidWorks建立了破茬开沟犁刀的三维模型,用Cosmos对其进行了有限元分析,得到破茬开沟犁刀在工作时的变形和应力大小,找出了其强度薄弱环节。结果表明,破茬开沟犁刀的最大应力为5.862×108N/m2,最大扭曲位移为2.648mm,对破茬开沟犁刀进行了改进设计,应用Cosmos进行静态分析,表明改进后破茬开沟犁刀的强度和刚度明显提高,为其优化设计提供了参考依据。
The stubble device is the key working component of the no-till planter in the stubble field, which has a direct impact on the sowing quality of the planter. Based on the stubble device currently used in China, a new type of stubble ditching coulter . In order to study the strength characteristics and reduce the working failure, a three-dimensional model of stubble ditching coulter was established by using SolidWorks. The finite element analysis of the stubble coulter was carried out by Cosmos, and the deformation and stress Size, find out the strength of the weak links. The results show that the maximum stress of broken trenching and ditching coulter is 5.862 × 108N / m2 and the maximum twist displacement is 2.648mm.
