集贸市场的大量涌现,在给经营者带来可观的经济效益、方便城乡居民生活的同时,也产生了不少的火灾隐患。由于集贸市场是大量物资存放地,也是人员集中的公共场所,大多设在闹市中心或繁华地段,场所内人员密集,易燃、可燃物多,用火用电多,火灾危险性大,所以它的消防安全不仅和商家利益紧密相关,而且直接影响着广大顾客及周围居民的生命财产安全。因此,分析集贸市场的各种火灾隐患成因并总结其整改对策,具有十分重要的现实意义。笔者以长沙市天心区13个集贸市场的调查研究为例,谈一些认识及对策。
