营造林工程是我国林业建设的重中之重,对生态环境的保护有着至关重要的作用。近年来,国家在营造林工程方面的支持力度有所加强,但是我国的营造林工程建设质量却有待提高,其管理水平不高,科技含量较低,这些都是影响工程质量的重要因素。因此,要将林业生态建设作为入口,在工程管理方面下功夫,提高营造林工程质量十分必要。
The afforestation project is the top priority of China’s forestry construction and plays an important role in the protection of the ecological environment. In recent years, the state has made more efforts in afforestation projects. However, the construction quality of afforestation projects in our country needs to be improved. The management level is not high and the science and technology content is low. These are the important factors that affect the project quality. Therefore, it is necessary to take forestry ecological construction as an entrance and work hard on project management to improve the quality of the afforestation project.
