振动式掘进机采用惯性冲击截割破碎方法,突破了传统的破岩技术,利用振动形成的压缩波在自由面反射成拉伸波后产生的拉应力,加速岩石的破裂和碎落,从而实现快速掘进。文章对这种掘进机的结构、截割机理及应力波理论进行了介绍和分析。
Vibratory roadheader adopts inertial impact cutting and crushing method to break through the traditional rock breaking technology and use the compressive wave formed by vibration to generate tensile stress after the free surface reflects into the tensile wave to accelerate the rupture and fragmentation of the rock so as to realize Fast driving. The article introduces and analyzes the structure, cutting mechanism and stress wave theory of this roadheader.
