气辅成型通过将气体引入注射成型过程,使工艺具有产品翘曲小、表面质量好、注射压力低等优点。但是,气辅成型技术存在一些技术问题。比如引入了大量的工艺参数,成型稳定性降低,对设计者要求更高,需要专门的气体控制装置等。因此,将计算机模拟应用到设计中是非常重要的部分,通过计算机模拟,可以有效地预测成型过程中的气体穿透情况和塑料制品的成型缺陷。通过调整参数和设计,从而有效地减少试模次数,提高模具设计质量。
