黄遵宪是近代中国著名的外交家、爱国诗人和维新政治家,他的君主立宪思想政体观是不完全等同于英日君主立宪模式且具有中国特色的资产阶级性质的政体模式。这种中国化特色是由黄遵宪个人才智和当时历史条件所决定的,它的合理内核和政治实践在中国近代史尤其是思想史上产生过重要而积极的影响。
Huang Zunxian is a famous Chinese diplomat, patriotic poet and reformer politician in modern China. His political and constitutional view of constitutional monarchy is not exactly the same as the constitutional model of the bourgeoisie with Chinese characteristics. This Chinese characteristic is determined by Huang Zunxian’s personal talents and the historical conditions at that time. Its reasonable core and political practice have had an important and positive influence on modern Chinese history, especially in the history of ideas.
