企业文化是企业长期生产、经营、发展过程中所形成的管理思想、管理方式、管理理论、群体意识以及与之相适应的思维方式和行为规范的总和。企业文化建设应注意以下三点:企业文化建设应坚持以人为本的理念,这是企业文化建设的根本原则。企业的活力来源于人,企业文化的中心也是人;培育现代企业家文化,摒弃官僚文化;使文化制度化。
