目的掌握廊坊市中医医院各科室消毒卫生状况,保证消毒质量,预防医院感染,为医院消毒提供科学依据。方法对医院18个科室2010年8类样品消毒灭菌效果进行抽样监测。结果共采样805份,合格762份,平均总合格率为94.65%。结论医院整体消毒灭菌质量较高,但仍存在薄弱环节。通过制定标准操作规程,建立考核制度,加强人员培训以及实施过程监控,可以促进消毒灭菌工作的持续改进。
Objective To master the disinfection and sanitation status of all departments of Langfang Chinese Medicine Hospital, to ensure the quality of disinfection, to prevent nosocomial infection and to provide a scientific basis for hospital disinfection. Methods The sampling and monitoring of the disinfection and sterilization effects of 8 types of samples in 18 departments and departments in the hospital in 2010 were conducted. Results A total of 805 samples, 762 qualified, the average total passing rate of 94.65%. Conclusion The overall quality of disinfection and sterilization in hospitals is high, but there are still some weak points. Through the development of standard operating procedures, the establishment of assessment system, strengthen personnel training and implementation of process monitoring, can promote the continuous improvement of disinfection and sterilization.
