一、前言采用油浴加热测定土壤有机质含量,是五十年代以来的通用分析方法。但是它有油烟大、易污染样品、试管难洗的缺点。随着分析技术的发展,近年来我国已开始应用远红外消煮炉测定有机质。但有人提出,远红外消煮炉其孔行列间温度不完全相同,对分析结果可能有影响。而土壤有机质含量是森林土壤肥力的重要指标,它既可提供林木生长所需的多种元素,又利于微生物活动,改善土壤理化性质,因此有机质含量的多少对森林土壤肥力影响很大。所以,如何确准地测定有机质含量,对这种加热工具的可靠性进行测定比较,是一件重要的工作。
