某机第一次大修检查时发现,燃气涡轮I级叶片中各叶片较出厂时均有不同程度的伸长现象。涡轮叶片材料牌号为DZ22高温合金,对故障叶片外观、低倍组织和显微组织进行了检查,根据试验结果得出,故障燃气涡轮Ⅰ级叶片发生了过热超温现象,超温使得叶片组织中出现了γ’相回溶、球化和聚集是导致叶片发生蠕变伸长的主要原因。
The first machine overhaul inspection found that the blades of the gas turbine I-class leaves have different levels of elongation than the factory.
