用饲菌加肠系膜上动脉不全阻断的方法,观察实验大肠缺血─再灌流所导致的肝、肺功能改变与全血及组织内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的关系。结果发现,犬肠缺血——再灌流后血液及肺、肝组织内SOD含量明显下降并伴有肺、肝功能的明显损害。这提示,肠缺血——再灌流导致了机体氧化能力的明显下降,其肝、肺功能的损伤程度与其组织内SOD的下降水平有关。
The relationship between the change of liver and lung function and the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in whole blood and the tissues was observed by means of feeding bacteria and upper mesenteric artery insufficiency. The results showed that the content of SOD in the blood, lung and liver tissue of canine intestinal ischemia-reperfusion group was significantly decreased and lung and liver function were significantly impaired. This suggests that intestinal ischemia - reperfusion led to a significant reduction in the body’s ability to oxidize, liver and lung function damage and its level of SOD decreased.
